The Ben Rice Band plays a special engagement in the stunning rooftop bar of the Porter Hotel in downtown Portland. This is a kickoff/preview event for the Waterfront Blues Festival, and we're told that KOIN-TV will be onsite to capture video segments for later broadcast.
